Robert C Jones M.D.
Dr. Jones is a life long California resident. After graduating from UC Irvine undergraduate and Medical school, he did his residency in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary fellowship at Long Beach Veterans Medical Center. He moved to Pomona in 1987 and started practicing Sleep Medicine. In 1995, he became Board Certified in Sleep Medicine after already having been Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and Critical Care. He now lives in Upland with his wife and 2 daughters. Dr. Jones enjoys collecting Drugstore antiques and woodworking in his spare time.
Imran Sharief M.D.
Dr. Imran Sharief was born and raised in Pakistan and educated in one of the best schools in the country. He did his Medical schooling from Dow Medical College, one of the premier medical schools in Pakistan. Internal Medicine training was at St. Joseph Hospital in Pontiac Michigan and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship from Medical University of Ohio. Dr. Sharief then obtained his Sleep Medicine Fellowship from Henry Ford Hospital. Henry Ford Hospital is well known in the United States and abroad for Sleep research and patient care in the area of sleep medicine. Dr. Sharief is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine. During his training, Dr. Sharief developed significant interest in sleep which included providing excellent patient care and performing research. He has written multiple papers and has been reviewing research articles for clinical journals. Dr. Sharief has a passion for sleep disorders including Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Central Sleep Apnea, insomnia, Restless leg disorder, and circadian rhythm disorder. Dr. Sharief enjoys his time away from work with his wife and two young children, ages seven and two. Whether it be playing with his kids or enjoying a good basketball, soccer, or cricket game, Dr. Sharief enjoys family and leisure time.
